This comprehensive Carnetic 316 Vertical Axis Wind Turbine system includes everything needed to generate up to 3 kW at 9 m/s wind speeds, with a 16 m² wind-catching area. The setup features a 6-meter tower, a generator with advanced technology, and cedar wings with high-efficiency design.

What’s Included:

  1. 3 or 6-Meter (8.35 / 16.7 ft) Tower: OD=244.5 mm, ID=234.5 mm, hot-dip galvanized. Bottom flange (OD = 500 mm, 12 mm thick) with Ø22 mm x 8 holes @ 45° bolt circle PCD Ø = 400 mm. Top flange (OD = 330 mm) with Ø = 10.50 mm x 5 holes @ 72° bolt circle PCD Ø = 300 mm.
  2. Generator: Features a 3D stator (patent pending), 32 wedge-shaped neodymium permanent magnets, integrated bearing, 5x M10x30 mm bolts, and hot-dip galvanized top cover.
  3. 6-Axis Vibration Sensor: Mounted under the generator base inside the tower for enhanced monitoring.
  4. Strut Hub: Designed for 3 or 4 wings, hot-dip galvanized for durability.
  5. Higher Wing-Struts: 3x CWT-01-9.7 wing-struts with CWT-01-59 support tube and CWT-01 stiffeners, all hot-dip galvanized.
  6. Lower Wing-Struts: 3x CWT-01-9.1 wing-struts with CWT-01-58 stiffeners, hot-dip galvanized.
  7. Cedar Wings: 3x unpainted, straight cedar wings with a modified NACA 0012H symmetric profile. Includes nuts, bolts, wing clamps, and rubber wing protection.
  8. Control Box: Equipped with rectifiers and 3x IoT Raspberry Pi Pico W modules for smart control. Power outputs are isolated from Terra/Earth, with two separate DC outputs:
    • Primary DC1 Output: Buck-boost converter up to 500 VDC @ 18A (programmable).
    • Secondary DC2 Output: Buck converter max. 500 VDC @ 18A for dumpload.
    • Includes Wifi 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth BLE 5.3, and a 50V, 3Ah backup battery.

If the wing height is 4.5 meters (standard), the ground clearance is approximately 3.8 meters (12.47 ft) when using the 6-meter tower. For longer wings, the clearance decreases.
For the short 3 – meter tower, the clearance is approximately 0.8 meters (2.62 ft).
